Michelle Fram Cohen
* I am a Hebrew linguist located in the Baltimore-Washington area. Born and raised in Israel, I served in the Israeli Defense Force and completed a B.A. in English and American Literature at Tel Aviv University.
* I came to the U.S. to pursue a Graduate degree in Comparative Literature at the State University of New York in Binghamton. My graduate studies included a Certificate in Translation from Hebrew into English and a certificate in South West Asian and North African studies.
* After graduating I worked as a translator and interpreter on a part-time basis and pursued a career in the Information Technology industry as a computer programmer and analyst. Since 2006, I work exclusively as a Hebrew linguist.
* Since graduating, I have been an independent scholar of literature, translation theory and philosophy. I delivered two scholarly papers and published several articles and reviews. In May 2010 I completed another M.A. in Jewish Studies at the University of Maryland.
