Day-to-day maintenance and user support on the AS/400. Wrote stand-alone RPG ILE programs. Used PeopleSoft, OS/400 Client Server, DB2, DreamWriter, WordWriter, FASTR, STARR.

Senior Programmer/Analyst. The Rouse Company, Columbia, Md. 4/2000 - 2/2005. Provided ongoing maintenance, enhancement and user support for the AS/400 J.D. Edwards Property Management system. Developed stand-alone applications such as accrual processing and uploading Excel spreadsheets into the General Ledger. Worked closely with business analysts as a team.

Created scripts in Transact-SQL for the upload and verification of data migrated from the AS/400 to Microsoft .Net environment. Mapped the location and format of the source data and its target in the new database according to the design specs. Served as a liaison between the users and outside consultants. Coached users on how to write and run test scripts. Wrote functional specifications for several modules in the conversion from J.D. Edwards to the .Net System and made presentations about these modules to the conversion team.
